Solution

After downloading Equator from My ROLI and then installing it, the Equator plugin is saved in the following locations:


Mac

Windows
  • VST Plug-in: Mac HD/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/
  • AU Plug-in: Mac HD/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/


Windows

Ensuring your DAW is using the correct plug-in location

Some DAWs have different default locations to scan for plugins. If you have installed a plugin (like Equator) and can’t seem to access it from your DAW, check the DAW’s settings to ensure that it is looking in the right folder. Sonnox vst plugins bundle. For example, in Ableton Live:

  • Go to Preferences > File Folder.
  • Select the button Use VST Plug-In Custom Folders
